Go to Etsy and search "vintage Kohler" and look for me there AardvarkRatnick and I can sell this cheaper there. New old stock K-4276 elongated front toilet bowl and K-4620 tank makes a complete K-3422 Wellworth Toilet. Bowl is still in original box, tank is not. Again, bowl is original and new old stock SUNLIGHT (Y2 color code), tank is brand new and was originally white BUT PROFESSIONALLY REGLAZED to Sunlight to match the bowl. NO SEAT OR BOLT CAPS INCLUDED. O have a matching seat for an additional charge. Again bowl is new old stock, never used or installed, NO SEAT AND NO BOLT CAPS ARE INCLUDED. Tank is new as well but has been PROFESSIONALLY reglazed to Sunlight to match the bowl. Due to the glazing, there may be slight color variations between bowl and tank.

This tank is slightly brighter than the bowl, but barely noticeable, see pictures. I include model numbers for your benefit. Please do your own homework regarding Kohler's colors and styles. I sell only discontinued items but they can still be researched online. I travel frequently back and forth between central Ohio and Chicago for my job.
